Inverclyde Common Housing Register
Cloch Housing Association is partnered with Inverclyde Common Housing Register where you can register online and bid on properties within the Inverclyde area. Once you are registered with the Inverclyde Common Housing Register you can bid on available properties from Cloch, Oak Tree, Larkfield, Link, and Sanctuary Housing Associations.
The policy for letting houses is based on choice-based lettings principles. Empty properties are advertised with a closing date and applicants are invited to bid for properties. This just means you letting us know you are interested in the property. The landlord then generates a list for each property only from the people who have bid for the property. The offer is made to the person whose household best fits the property in terms of size and type, and who has the most points. If more than one applicant has the same points as another, the date they applied for housing will decide who gets the offer.
The Association with its ICHR partners is a member of House Exchange. Register free online with Housing Exchange to advertise your home and see what else is available. You can contact other tenants looking to exchange through House Exchange and you can advertise your property through the Facebook page of House Exchange.
