Changes to Repair Contractors at Cloch

Letters are due to land on our customer’s doors today (Friday, 11th August 2023) regarding the changes to some of our repair contractors.

How you report a repair won’t change and the timescales we take to carry out a repair or make safe an emergency repair won’t either. We go into more detail in our letter to customers of who will be carrying out repairs works for you and when they are due to start with Cloch.
