The Association is in the process of reviewing two policies and we are seeking tenants and / or owners views accordingly; we ask that you review the revised policies and provide any feedback no later than Friday, 2nd April 2021.
There are no big changes proposed to both these policies other than to the Repairs Policy to update references to European Procurement legislation, and information on the tenants handbook and job completion satisfaction text messages.
The Factoring Policy has been revised to include a reference to the Code of Conduct for Property factors, an update on the reactive repairs contractor and details for the First Tier Tribunal.
