Cloch moves forward after AGM

After a successful virtual AGM, where members were taken through our activities during 2020/2021, Cloch is delighted to publish its new Business Plan 2021-2026.

The Business Plan is service and customer focussed outlining our journey for the next five years.  With links to other strategic areas of the business, our plan is ambitious and fresh and will be the vehicle for driving change and improvements in the years ahead.

Newly re-elected after the AGM, Brian Corrigan said, “The Board and Staff have worked incredibly hard to bring about our successful separation from our parent Association, and there is a real impetus now to step forward with a new identity as an independent Housing Association once more.   Our new Business Plan gives direction and focus on what matters to Cloch, its communities and our customers.  It also emphasises our strong culture where communication and staff development is given a high level of importance.”

Paul McVey, Cloch’s Director added, “As a forward looking organisation we are committed to improvement and delivering customer excellence.  Our approach to our services, our customers, and our governance, demands a high level of focus and investment, and we are confident that this can be built upon in the years ahead.”

Our Business Plan and Summary Guide, along with our Annual Report and Landlords Report on the Charter 2020-2021, are all available to read.
