Cloch Publish Cyclical Gutter Cleaning Program

As part of Cloch’s ongoing cyclical maintenance program our gutter cleaning program for this year is due to commence week beginning 11 November 2019.

The works will be completed by our contractor Patterson Safety Anchors and will take   around 12 weeks to complete. This program is weather dependent and therefore may be subject to change.

The program can be viewed on our Website, where you will be able to get an understanding of when your property is due to have its gutters cleared.

The majority of gutters will be able to be cleared from the ground, but the contractor will require access to certain areas of the properties such as:

• your garden to allow them to access all elevations of your roof
• common court areas, to allow them to access all elevations of the roof
• In some cases, access through loft spaces will be required

We would appreciate therefore if you could please allow them access where it is necessary to allow them to complete the works.

All Patterson’s staff carry ID badges allowing you to recognise them, however, if you are in any doubt please contact the office.
