Cloch Release Painter Works Close Colour Choices

The Association recently procured a contract to carry out internal and external painterwork to common areas within our stock. The successful bid was received from JS McColl Painters based not only on cost but also on quality, including their ability to deliver an excellent service.

We have asked all residents who have received a letter advising them that their common close is to be painted to choose the colour choices for the property, from the colour range provided. This will be decided on a majority decision.

Should there be no return of colour choices by the residents or in the event of colour ranges being undecided, Cloch will choose from the colours to be used.

If you can please advise us of your colour choice by 11th September 2020.
