Cloch’s painter work program for 2023 commences on April 17th

The works are expected to take between 8 and 12 weeks to complete, dependant on the weather.

The scope of works to be carried out is front and rear doors as well as windows to be painted or varnished, facia boards and soffits are also to be painted or varnished, and metal garden fencing only will be painted, 

Areas that are due to be painted are: 

• Auchmountain View
• Clydeview Road
• Gareloch Road
• Glenbrae Road
• Lomond Road
• Riverside Road
• Whinhill Road

The contractor who will be carrying out the works is JS McColls, who will notify you around a week in advance of when they are due to be at your property.

If you can arrange to leave any garden gates unlocked to allow the tradespersons access.
