Cloch Housing Association is committed to listening to our tenants and acting on your views. For this reason, we have asked an independent market research company, Research Resource, to carry out a full survey of our households looking at all the areas that will affect you as a tenant. The survey will happen during September and October and will be by telephone.
We carried out our last tenant survey in 2018 and we now want to take the opportunity to understand how we are getting on since the last survey. We have commissioned Research Resource, an independent market research company, to carry out a satisfaction survey on our behalf. The survey will ask tenants about your views on the services and information that we provide you and your satisfaction with your home and where you live.
From March 2020, we have been working differently and in line with Scottish Government guidelines. This year we will ask some questions about how the pandemic has changed how you get in touch with us and how you want to be able to communicate with us in the future. Your feedback and comments about our services is invaluable. By taking part in the survey, you will help to identify areas where we are getting it right and, more importantly, areas where we could improve.
All the information you give to the interviewers will be kept confidential and no one at Cloch will be aware of who has taken part or what you have said without your permission.
As we look to continually improve our service, the completion of this survey is important and I would like to thank everyone in advance for their co-operation and time in completing the survey.
