From 10th January 2022 Patterson’s Safety Anchors will be carrying out the annual inspection of roof anchors to our tenement properties.
In most cases access to the roof will be through common close loft hatches.
However in some cases access to the roof may be required through the ceiling hatch in your home.
If this is the case we would appreciate if you could please allow them access
All Patterson employees will have ID Badges, explaining who they are.
The below link to the survey sheet provides dates of when they are due to be at your address, but this can be dependent on the weather and therefore could be subject to change.
