Update: On Tuesday 24th March 2020, work on our Kings Glen Development site in Greenock stopped after the UK and Scottish Governments announced measures to restrict movement in a bid to combat COVID-19.  In Scotland, the restrictions included only continuing with construction projects deemed essential such as the building of hospitals or other essential services.  At this point, it is unclear when the site will restart.  Inevitably, this will lead to delays to the properties being ready and available to allocate in 2021.  Once the building site restarts, we will make an assessment of the delay and when we expect the building works to be completed.

Providing New Homes
