Providing New Homes

The demand for affordable homes is greater than ever.  One of Cloch’s aims is to increase our affordable housing stock to ensure that we meet the housing need in the area. We will provide new affordable homes in partnership with lenders and the Scottish Government.  We work closely with key stakeholders to attract public and private investment to fund our priorities.

DEVELOPMENT NAME: Kings Glen, Greenock

SITE LOCATION: Former Kings Glen School Site - Kings Glen Place, Woodhead Road, Godman Place (proposed names), adjacent to Kilmacolm Road, Greenock

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Development in partnership with CCG(Scotland) Limited for the provision of 57 new homes. The Development consists of:

 

8 x 1 bedroom – 2 Person Cottage Flats

4 x 2 bedroom – 4 Person Cottage Flats

4 x 2 bedroom – 4 Person Amenity Cottage Flats

20 x 2 bedroom – 4 Person Houses

11 x 3 bedroom  – 5 Person Houses

8 x 3 bedroom – 5 Person Split Level Houses

2 x 4 bedroom – 6 Person Houses

 

START DATE: January 2020

EXPECTED COMPLETION DATE: March 2021
