We have prepared a draft document outlining how we will engage with our customers to improve all aspects of our service and your experience of it. We are now consulting with our customers to explore whether it is going to be fit for purpose.
This strategy explores how the association and customers can work together to improve services and considers what further initiatives could be introduced to improve the rights and opportunities of tenants and other service users through customer empowerment.
The purpose of the strategy is to help achieve improvements in our performance by supporting and enabling tenants and other service users to participate and make suggestions for service improvements or priorities.
We are asking customers to look over the draft Customer Engagement Strategy to check that you are happy with the content of the document or to provide us with any suggested amendments or changes to be made before the final document is completed.

The consultation closes on Friday 29th March 2019.
