Gas Servicing has been resumed at Cloch.
This means that we can continue to keep our legal requirement to service all gas boilers every 12 months. If your home is due its gas service soon, we will be in touch with an appointment to have the service completed. Your full cooperation to allow access to our heating engineers from James Frew to service your boiler is appreciated.
They are working to ensure that you stay safe and will practice social distancing while they work, and they will wear the appropriate PPE whilst in your home. If you are shielding or have any COVID 19 symptoms and don’t want them to service your boiler, please contact the office. We will put your request on record and delay your service. We will then contact you each week to check to see when we can arrange safe access.
Servicing of your boiler is a legal requirement and if you or any member of your home is not isolating due to COVID19 symptoms or are not shielding through the government guidelines then we will require access to your home to carry out the service.
