Handover of King's Glen Development Begins

From the 27th of April, new tenants are starting to move into new homes in the Kings Glen area in Greenock. In total, 10 households received the keys to their new homes. The allocations will continue for the next month with all 57.homes being handed over by the end of May.

Paul McVey Director said " At the start of a new era for Cloch Housing Association, it is great to see new homes being supplied. We wish all our tenants every health and happiness in their new homes. We would also like to thank CCG the contractor who built the homes, for their high standard of workmanship, and all our partners who helped in delivering the development, including Scottish Government’s More Homes Division for helping to fund some of this £9m project.  A huge thank you too, to the local community who have put up with the disruption of the building works for the last 18 months.
