i-Flair Publishes First Newsletter

I-Flair has published a newsletter to coincide with the launch of a new 4-year framework. It is the first time I-Flair members have produced such a publication aimed at informing those who want to be part of its framework. The I-Flair (3) 2020-2024 Property Investment & Maintenance Framework PIN notice is now available to view on the Public Contracts Scotland web portal.

I-Flair consists of a number of housing associations in Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, and Inverclyde.

I-Flair members are: Barrhead, Bridgewater, Cloch, Ferguslie Park, Linstone, Oak Tree, Paisley and Williamsburgh Housing Associations.

Together they are delivering good value for tenants while providing opportunities for suppliers and contractors – small medium sized or large.

I-Flair’s Paul McColgan – Property Services Manager at Cloch Housing Association in Inverclyde – said: “We want as many people to know about I-Flair as possible. Our new newsletter helps us achieve this and we hope it is of interest to many businesses. The I-Flair Framework is the ideal opportunity to win new business while improving the lives of housing association tenants through the delivery of high quality maintenance and repairs.”
