Landscape Maintenance and Garden Tidy Scheme

Following on from the previous COVID-19 restrictions regarding maintenance work, we are pleased to advise you that our landscaping contractor Nurture, will be recommencing rear court landscape maintenance within your property, week commencing 8th June 2020.

Nurture has provided Cloch HA with revised Health & Safety practices in line with current Government guidelines to ensure that your household, members of the public, and the Nurture employees, are kept safe at all times during the backcourt maintenance. These works will be carried out safely and in accordance with government-issued safe working practices.

Prior to the backcourt work commencing at your property, operatives from Nurture will place notification signs in your close advising of their presence on-site, so you will know they are there.  These will be removed upon completion of the work. Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be used by the operatives and appropriate social distancing practices will be observed, where possible.  Nurture employees will also sanitise surfaces, such as door handles and walls where applicable, upon entry to the building and, again when works have been completed.

A full, revised programme of visits will soon be available to view below and further information provided on our social media platforms.

We do hope that the recommencement of full landscaping services will be welcomed, however, should you have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate in contacting us via your Portal access, by telephone, or any of the above methods.

Garden Tidy Scheme

Where it is safe to do so, our Garden Tidy Scheme has continued.  However, if you currently receive our Garden Tidy Service and it hasn't yet started, a member of the Housing Services Section will be in touch soon to discuss this with you. We'll keep updating this section of our website as information comes available.
