Cloch Housing Association are aware that over the last few months there has been a decline in the frequency of visits and the quality of the works being provided by our contractor. We acknowledge the recent increase in complaints being made to the Association.
We would like to assure everyone that we are treating this issue seriously and as a priority and have raised this issue with the contractor. They have acknowledged the need to improve the service as quickly as possible. We will be monitoring this closely.
