Our reactive maintenance contractor MPS Housing Ltd, will cease to provide a reactive repairs service to Cloch and our tenants with effect from TUESDAY 30th JUNE 2020 at 5pm.
At this time, we are in the process of securing a new contractor and we look forward to announcing this in the next few weeks. In the meantime, in order to ensure that we can still provide our tenants with an emergency repairs service we have reached an agreement with HOME FIX SCOTLAND to carry out your emergency repairs until our new contractor is in place in early August 2020.
How Does this affect me?
Essentially you should not notice any difference in how you actually report a repair either during or out with office hours.
- Press 1 for gas repairs (James Frew)
- Press 2 for all other emergency repairs (Home Fix Scotland)
Your call will then be transferred to the appropriate contractor who will arrange your repair.
COVID – 19
Home Fix Scotland will ensure that all their operatives follow the strict guidelines relating to practising safe distancing and will have the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting your home to carry out a repair.
NON-EMERGENCY REPAIRS
You can continue to report all non-emergency repairs. Unfortunately, until Scottish Government restrictions are relaxed will not be able to actually carry out the repair, however once we are able to, we will be in touch to arrange this with you. To report a non-emergency repair:
