Cloch Housing Association wants to ensure that any personal infomation we hold about you and your tenancy stays safe and secure. This is why Cloch are introducing a new security question process from 1 July 2019.
When you telephone our office or call into our reception desk and are looking for us to give you information about you or your tenancy, we will run through some security questions with you.
We hope you understand that this process is necessary to ensure that only you, or the person who is authorised to represent you gets access to your personal information. We would ask that you bear with us while we adopt this new process.
