Reporting Repairs
Emergency Repairs
While our office will be closed our out of hours emergency repairs services will be available. If you have an out of hours emergency repair that you would like to report, please telephone 01475 783 637 and choose from the available options. Please do not log emergency repairs on the MyCloch tenant portal.
Non-Urgent Repairs
If you have a non-urgent repair, please email office@clochhousing.org.uk or log in to your MyCloch tenant portal and log the repair. Your repair will be processed when we reopen.
Payments
If you would like to make a payment you can do so using our online tenant portal, MyCloch. Registration is free. All you’ll need to get started is your tenancy reference number which can be found at the top of most letters we send out to you.

If you are struggling with your rent payments, we’re to help. Contact our office 01475 783 637, when we reopen and speak to one of our Housing team who can help signpost you to advice and support.
