Non urgent repairs
Whilst the office is close over the above period, we will not be able to take non-urgent repairs. However, if you need to report a repair you can report this via our online tenant portal, MyCloch, or alternatively you can email us at office@clochhousing.org.uk where our staff will pick these up on their return on Thursday, 6th January 2022.
Out of Hours Emergency Repairs
Need to report an out of hours emergency repair? We have you covered. Please contact our offices on 01475 783 637 and select from the available options. Please note that during our closure staff will not be monitoring our social media pages.
King’s Glen Residents and Tenants
