The Association is in the process of reviewing its Empty Home (Void) Management Policy and we are seeking tenants views; we ask that tenants review the revised policy and provide any feedback no later than 12 Noon on Friday 15th October 2021.
There are no big changes proposed to the Empty Home (Void) Management Policy and the Minimum Lettable Standard has been revised to take account of proposals the Association is considering not to remove carpets automatically to reduce waste to landfill sites. All changes are highlighted.
