The Association is in the process of reviewing 2 policies and we are seeking tenants views; we ask that tenants review the revised policies and provide any feedback no later than 12 Noon on Friday 18th October 2019.
There are no big changes proposed to the Arrears Policy and the Legal Action and Eviction Policy has been revised to take account of changes in legislation relating to the issuing of Short Scottish Secure Tenancies for anti-social behaviour.
The Draft Rent Arrears Policy and the Draft Legal Action and Eviction Policy can both be found in the documents section of our website.
