Rent increase from 1st April 2023

We are in the process of sending out letters to our customers to inform them of the outcome of the rent consultation and what their rent will be from the 1st April 2023.

You should expect to receive your letter this week and can view a copy of this in the documents section of your MyCloch tenant portal. If you do not receive your letter, please contact us so that we can investigate this and, if needed, resend the letter.
