If you reported a repair to Cloch Housing Association during the last Covid lockdown, we would have been unable to carry out the repair at that time due to government restrictions. Now that the government restrictions are lifted and our repairs service is back to normal we have started working our way through the back log of repairs.
We still have your reported repair on our system and our contractors are gradually working their way through them.
Our contractors will be in contact with you to arrange an appointment to get the repair completed, or to check if the repair is still required.
I'm sure you will appreciate that we have a large number of repairs to get through. We hope to have caught up with these repairs by the middle of Summer 2021.
