Following our conclusion of the recent annual tenant visits, it was decided that routine visits would be carried out where necessary, to certain tenants who were identified as needing a follow-up visit.
The tenant will be notified in writing when the visit will take place. If this is not suitable the tenant should telephone to rearrange a suitable time.
Housing staff, who are all employees of the Association, will carry ID.
The purpose of these visits is to give us a chance to check our homes are not in breach of tenancy agreements and are being kept in good condition. It also gives the tenant an opportunity to discuss any issues with their home or housing in general, so that staff may be able to help with any problems they are experiencing.
