We are currently carrying out electrical safety checks, these are a requirement by law. Therefore, failure to let us in could result in a forced entry.

If you have recently received a letter or card through your door regarding these checks, it is important you get in touch.


As you will know following the recent rent consultation your rent will increase with effect from 1st April 2023.

If you are in receipt of Universal credit, please DO NOT UPDATE YOUR U/C CLAIM WITH YOUR NEW HOUSING COSTS UNTIL 1st APRIL 2023.

As Spring approaches and grass cutting season comes round again it is important that your garden is maintained to a satisfactory standard. We will continue to do our estate management visits and keep your eyes peeled for our new upcoming estate management processes set to begin soon.
