Further to the recent rent consultation letter we sent to all tenants last week, we’d like to take this opportunity to invite you to our face-to-face rent discussion event(s). The full details of which are provided below.
At this event, members of the Association’s Leadership Team will provide an overview of the rent review process we undertake each year. They’ll discuss what your rent money is spent on and how costs are managed to ensure the Association strikes the right balance between keeping our rents affordable, while still delivering key services and investing in our homes.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to have your say and ask any questions you have about our rent review process or rent as a whole.
We understand our tenants have busy lives, so will be holding both an afternoon and evening session. We’d appreciate if you could let us know what session you’d like to attend. At each session we’ll provide light refreshments and will have staff on hand from our Housing, Property Services and Community Teams, to discuss any non-rent queries you may have, once the rent consultation discussion is finished.
