Notice: Customer Portal Temporarily Unavaialble

Our old My Cloch customer portal shut down on Thursday, 28 May 2026. A new portal is on its way. Please check back for updates as and when they become available.

In the meantime, please call us on 01475 783 637, or email office@clochhousing.org.uk to:

  • Give a compliment or raise a complaint
  • Make a payment
  • Report a non-urgent repair
  • Update your contact details or tenancy information

Always call the office directly when reporting an emergency repair.

Tenants Handbook 

Your tenancy agreement is the legal contract that allows you to occupy your home. This legal document sets out your rights and responsibilities and those of Cloch Housing Association. Please make sure you keep this document in a safe place as it notes the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and us.

If you have any questions about your tenancy then a member of the housing team will be happy to assist you. This can be done by calling 01475 783637, you can speak to us, request a home visit, or make an appointment to come into the office or email office@clochhousing.org.uk.
