Routine Tenancy Visit
Routine Tenancy Visits are carried out at random and where deemed necessary, to certain tenants who are identified as needing a follow-up visit.
Tenants are notified, usually in writing, when the visit will take place. If this is not suitable you should telephone to rearrange a suitable time.
Housing Services staff, who are all employees of the Association, will call at your home and always carry ID.
The purpose of these visits is to give us a chance to check our homes are being kept in good condition and to ensure that all tenancy conditions are being met. It also gives you the opportunity to discuss any issues with your home or housing in general, so that staff may be able to help with any problems you are experiencing.
