We are moving to a new digital system which will help us work faster, improve customer service, and make it easier for you to access information you need. To complete the final stage of this upgrade, we will need to close our office and shut down our existing customer portal as we prepare to launch our new customer portal. More details will be made available closer to the time.
Key dates you need to know:
- Office closed Friday 29 May. We’ll reopen Monday 1 June at 9am.
- Customer Portal unavailable From Thursday 28 May at 6pm
We’ll update you on when it reopens and share alternative payment options in advance.
While the office is closed, our emergency out‑of‑hours repairs service will continue as normal.
We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to the dates and make sure you have all the information you need, including how to make payments while the portal is offline.
