Important: Higher volume of calls
We're receiving a higher volume of calls and experiencing a high level of repair requests as a result of Storm Éowyn. If you need to report a non-urgent repair, please log this via our customer portal, or use the contact form, on our contact page, to allow emergency calls to reach us.
To help us deal with your repair enquiries as quickly as possible, we are prioritising what repairs are being attended as a matter of urgency.
Urgent Repairs: Repairs that need attention as soon as possible incl. severe water leaks, roof leaks, lack of heating or hot water or any issues that present a health & safety hazard.
Non-Urgent Repairs: Anything else that can wait to be repaired including garden fences that have blown over, missing roof or ridge tiles, fallen tree branches (as long as on ground) and most other repairs.
Should you have minor storm damage, for example, a garden fence that has blown over and is lying flat on the ground, we would ask that you submit a repair request via the MyCloch App or our website and we will have this attended to in due course.
