Kelly and Shonaid

Following this, Kevin Booth from Alexander Sloan presented our Annual Accounts, providing an overview of our financial performance.

The meeting continued with the election of our Board, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks.
We then heard from Paul Findlay from Financial Fitness, who shared insights into their impactful work supporting the Inverclyde community for over 25 years.

Our CEO, Alana Durnin, who will retire in March 2026, reflected on her decade of leadership at both Cloch and Oak Tree, highlighting the milestones and partnerships that have shaped our journey.

A special tribute was paid to Shonaid, who also retires in March 2026. This AGM

marked her final one as organiser, and we were delighted to welcome her family to celebrate her legacy and dedication to Cloch over the years.
