Cloch Housing Association has published its Annual Report for 2025/26, highlighting a year of significant investment, improved performance, and increased support for customers across Inverclyde.
The Association delivered its largest-ever planned maintenance programme, investing £5.1 million in customers' homes. This included a £3.1 million Scottish Government-funded project that provided new triple-glazed windows and insulated external doors to 555 homes, helping make properties warmer and more energy efficient.
The report also shows strong performance across key services, with 74% of performance indicators improving on the previous year and 82% of Scottish Social Housing Charter results performing above the Scottish average. Customer satisfaction remained exceptionally high, with 92.96% satisfied with the overall service and 99.65% satisfied with how Cloch keeps customers informed.
Supporting customers through the cost-of-living challenges remained a priority. Through Financial Fitness, 374 customers received money and welfare advice, generating £548,000 in confirmed financial gains, while the Energy Advice Service secured further savings of almost £24,000 for households.
During the year, Cloch also received National Lottery funding for its new C.L.O.C.H. project, which will provide community health and wellbeing support, practical household assistance and activities designed to tackle isolation and hardship.
The Association completed more than 5,900 repairs, achieved 100% gas safety compliance, and successfully implemented its new housing management system to improve services for customers.
Chairperson Kelly Ferns said the year demonstrated Cloch's commitment to investing in homes, supporting communities and ensuring tenant voices remain at the heart of decision-making.
