Following the recent storms, we have received a high number of calls regarding property damage. Our officers and contractors are prioritising inspections with structural damage to the properties over other damage such as fencing. We intend to arrange to have the fencing inspected, repaired, or replaced in the coming weeks.
If you have already called us to advise that the fence around your home has been damaged, there is no need to call us again to enquire about the repair as we have the repair recorded on our system. We will get to your home, but I’m sure you can appreciate that we have had a significant amount of damage following the two most recent storms. We appreciate this may be an inconvenience, but we would ask for assistance and cooperation during this unusually busy period.
