Money Advice Appointments

From Tuesday 2 December 2025, our FREE and impartial money and welfare benefit advice appointments with Financial Fitness will be changing.

The Monday afternoon surgery will now take place on Tuesday mornings, with appointments available between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Friday appointment slots remain unchanged.

Appointments can be booked by calling 01475 783 637 and speaking with a member of our Customer Support Team or by contacting your Housing Officer.

Preferred appointment times are subject to availability and are as follows:

• Tuesday: 9:30 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:45 AM
• Friday: 9:30 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:45 AM
