Important update: temporary service changes

We’re upgrading our internal systems. This will help us:

  • work more quickly
  • improve our customer service
  • make it easier for you to access information and manage your account

To finish this work, we need to run a limited service at our offices on:

  • Friday 29 May
  • Monday 1 June

What this means for you

On these two days, you won’t be able to:

  • make payments
  • report non urgent repairs
  • make a complaint

Emergency repairs will still be available as normal during this time.

Customer portal

  • Our current customer portal will close on Thursday 28 May.
  • A new customer portal will be available later in June.

We’ll share more information soon, including:

  • how to register
  • when the new portal is ready to use
