- make it easier for you to access information and manage your account
To finish this work, we need to run a limited service at our offices on:
- Friday 29 May
- Monday 1 June
What this means for you
On these two days, you won’t be able to:
- make payments
- report non urgent repairs
- make a complaint
Emergency repairs will still be available as normal during this time.
Customer portal
- Our current customer portal will close on Thursday 28 May.
- A new customer portal will be available later in June.
We’ll share more information soon, including:
- how to register
- when the new portal is ready to use
